You can use Google Wallpapers. You have to download it from Google Play Store. Everyday it Changes Wallpaper automatically.

I know but there are very limited range... If samsung could hve supported dynamic wallpaper for home screen as well it would hve been great

You can update Google Wallpapers through mobile data to increase number of wallpapers. Also Microsoft Launcher's(which is available in play store) Bing live wallpapers also works same as Google Wallpapers.

Dynamic wallpaper is only for lockscreen

I use a program called WallP Pro, which I paid for. Its an excellent program, which allows you to change the wallpaper ( home and lockscreen), with stock wallpapers of various makes and models of phones. Try it.

Try Tapet. I have been using it for while. It's offline and generates high-quality images for the device. Mostly abstract and pattern. You can set a time interval for the automatic changing of wallpaper.

Most of the live/ dynamic wallpapers from developers are really good. Like asteroid, zigzag, shadow Galaxy etc
