Vibration stops working sometimes on galaxy M31

I recently bought a samsung galaxy m31 and its vibration stops working sometimes. When I restart the phone it's fine again. I can't tell exactly if it's the phone or recent one ui 3 update. It would be great if you guys can help me with this issue.

And look how your phone responds to the different vibration patterns....Like does it work or not

when the issue comes, even in members app, vibration doesn't work. but when the device is restarted, everything works fine. and all the vibration patterns are workimg fine. thank you for the reply!

Try clearing the cache partition.
Settings reset.
Factory reset.
