Urgent Issues with Samsung Galaxy M35 - Request for Fixes and Updates

I'm reaching out to highlight some persistent issues I'm experiencing with my Samsung Galaxy M35. I hope the Samsung team can address these problems promptly. Here are the details:

1. Auto Brightness Malfunction: The auto brightness feature on my device isn't working properly. It fails to adjust the brightness level based on the ambient lighting.

2. Battery and Charging Issues: I'm experiencing poor battery life, and even when using the original Samsung adapter, the charging speed is extremely slow.

3. Performance and Refresh Rate: The phone occasionally stutters, and it automatically switches to a 60Hz refresh rate whenever I plug in the charger.

4. Software Updates: My device hasn't received any updates since the July security patch. I believe an update might help resolve some of these issues.

5. Camera Issues: Even when using the main 50MP camera with OIS, the final video output remains shaky. Please address the video quality and stabilization issues. Also the colour science of the photo is so bad sometimes that everything is over exposed or washed out.

I kindly urge the Samsung team to look into these matters and release an update to fix these problems. I'm confident that addressing these concerns will enhance the overall user experience.

Now a days Samsung updates also not upto the mark

i doubt the service center personnel will be able to assist with the issues I've outlined in my post. Especially those related to software optimization

Official service center really help or they do flashboot it will be helpful to u

Flashing the device is not an option for me, as I shouldn't have to lose my data due to Samsung's issues. They should address this through a software update

Ok brother sync all accounts or do a back up .. to mail flashing will be helpful... if not possible to do that u wait for official software update

A factory reset seems pointless since the same buggy software will continue to run on my phone even after the reset

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
