Is it country wise?All country make different updates for same phone?

One update releases and then all country region wise gave update to phones OR make changes it needed.

Just remember,
In oneui 2.1 update, samsung releases update in Russia without secure folder and after some days in India this update will releases with secure folder and some other features

India only has secure folder in m51.Not in other counties.
