Update Required in Galaxy M31

Hi Samsung 

Pls update following issues for better performance in Galaxy M31.

1) Low Light Camera Quality in Rear and Front to      be updated. 

2) Jio to Jio Video Call Quality in Low Light is very disappointing, compared to A50.

3) Battery Performance to be properly optimized, because it takes to complete Charging 3 hrs+ from 6 to 100% in Standby / in Switch off.

4) Sometimes, in just 5 minutes Video call or Video shot, phone is started heating. 

Pls update the above.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check physical condition of your camera lens.
a) Broken camera lens.
b) Scratchy camera lens.
If found camera lens physical damage( broken or scratchy). Please visit service center.

2. Clear camera lens with microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

3. Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

heloo, iam facing prblm with voice quality.. all headphones i tried but not cleared...if i am in speaker or earphones.. there is no sound quality. like echo, noise, speaking from cave like dar. plss tell me solution
