Galaxy MI have been using the device since past 1 week.
I neither play games, nor use device for longer periods of time.
There is unusual heating observed on the upper display and upper back (near to the camera) in the following normal usage scenarios
i. just in 1 min of camera usage (the camera lenses as well gets heated up unusually)
ii. Within a short time while charging the phone (May be not even 5 minutes)
iii. In normal calls of less than 5 minutes.
(Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi all turned off except Data)
I have tried all sorts of fixes like safe mode, resetting the settings, factory data reset, lowering the brightness. But no effect. The issue persists. I have used a lot of other smartphones from Xioami, Moto and Samsung, none of them heated like this.
Please help. If this issue is faced by everyone owning Samsung M31s and can be fixed by Samsung in future updates. Or do I have to return the device.
