Unable to use Internet while calling

I am unable to use Internet during calls, data is automatically turning off.

If anyone know how to fix this issue please help me and my mobile is Samsung galaxy m21

bro this feature available in few Samsung devices not supported in all devices....anyway check ✔ settings and see it's present it or not in your device

Actually i am using data on sim2 if i make calls from sim1, automatically data is turning off

it's not possible to use data from one sim while calling using the other

you must use a sim with volte to have both call and internet at the same time.

hey there I faced same issue with A50 while using jio sim. I went to samsung care. At last I came to know it was a software update issue. I updated the latest software and it was sorted.

Go to Settings >> WiFi & Network >> SIM & network >> SIM 1 >> Under enhanced Communication turn on "VoLTE" and "WiFi Calling" >> Select calling preference to be "Call over mobile network". This way you can be on a call and use your mobile data simultaneously. Hope this helps!!
