Unable to update Google Chrome and Android System WebView

I'm unable to update Google Chrome and Android System WebView via Google Play Store. This has been going on for about a week now. Tried rebooting, clearing playstore and google chrome cache and data, but the problem still persists.

I even downloaded the latest Chrome apk and installed it, but it won't open. It just starts and closes, and it's not crashing because there was no crash message. 

Anybody else facing the same issue?

Use samsung max vpn you can download them

Yes I too could not update Chrome in
Play store and Galaxy Store.
I think it's due to security policies of Samsung

CLEAR CACHE OF GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES

OPEN PLAY STORE
CLICK ON UPDATE
THEN PLAYSTORE WILL INSTALL
com.google.trichromelibrary...like app in background that will also visible in notification panel
After installation of this app
Chrome will start updating automatically !

if you see this is downloading in background also visible in notification panel
rest assured that your chrome browser will be updated in few minutes

First update all apps except chrome and android system WebView, then update chrome, it will download trichrome library which is of 70-80mb so wait for it to download(u can see downloading process in notification panel)and then chrome will start downloading after that, update android system WebView. This should help.

Then try this
First clear data of chrome and playstore
Then uninstall updates of playstore.
Then try updating the apps.

Please delete catch and data of Google play store.
