Unable to share my files from mobile device to laptop

Hi Friends,

Recently I purchased samsung Galaxy M31s 📱. In this I am unable to transfer the files like photos,videos, to my laptop. I tried with data cable also. But, no use in that only mobile charging is working not able to use as data transfer.

So, I am requesting you prpole help me in this issue or share the tips to my concern 😟
