I'm using Samsung Galaxy M30s. I'm unable to receive sms on sim1 while I'm on call with sim2 and vice versa also. Is anyone facing the same?

Are both the SIM 4G VoLTE or one 4G and another 2G like one Jio and another BSNL?

This is the reason. One is purely 4G LTE and another is Purely 2G.
