Unable to play music during the call M31

Im getting error in time to time on my M31 phone, when im going to play music Unable to play music during the call.   I tried every thing in the internet but still issue is same. what can i do ? this is happen time to time and not at all time.

if u are facing issues some times then only solution was flash software by service center or by self if u have knowledge about it...or have 6gb of data to download it...

up to my knowledge you can't play music or video during the voice call

umm if you are in call , the mobile should play music or the voice of the person over the call??

I am not sure when Bluetooth is connected

or you can write an error report in the get help section and Samsung will get back to you
