Unable to open samsung note file

Why samsung note file is not opening in mobile m30s , which I transferred fr tablet ‽ in tablet it is opening but in mobile it is showing corrupted,  also in both devices I have latest version of Samsung note.

If your tablet is running full OneUI and you have created notes using the notes app on your tablet then you can't open it on M series phones because of version mismatch. Full OneUI devices are running latest version of notes app whereas on M series we are getting an outdated version of the same. This is the Scamsung's business policy.

Just use only on tablet.

open galaxy app store and update notes app. Had same issue, working fine after updating it.

Using the latest version on both devices, still not opening in mobile

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
