Ui 4.1 errors

My files Application is not working after the Android 12 Ui 4.1 update.  Please do something ASAP

Try clearing the data and cache of my file

Also check for update of my file in playstore or galaxy store

Ok may be you should contact samsung remote service or flash new firmware or report the problem and wait for the update

It happens to me also.... M31s after yesterday update... I update it galaxy store but not resolved... At last i clear data along with cache... Then restart... Now it works nicely

When you cleared the data, all your files must have been deleted permanently right? Can you elaborate how did you took the back up and help me with it?

Not that... Only app data... Not ur data... Go to apps and my files ... In that click storage, u can find clear data option in th bottom... Clear that and restart
