USB tethering not working properly after update to android 10

Recently downloaded and updated to android 10, after that facing issues with USB tethering. It showing option when I try to connect to PC, but when I enable it PC is not showing any response. I tried with another with mobile, it is working.

try another data cable...If cable is allright...
keep it in safe mode for a night..
if the problem continue try factory data reset...
if the it also not work then visit service centre post COVID-19....
TILL THEN STAY HOME STAY SAFE...

Please perform the below mentioned step to resolve the issue:

1. Check device in Safe Mode.
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.

JUST OPEN SETTINGS AND GO TO APPS
then click on 3 dots above there you will see option "APP PREFERENCES "
JUST CLICK ON THAT

AND YOUR PROBLEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY SOLVE
