Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:
Settings >> General Management >> Reset>> Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default
Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or
http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Remember google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

Galaxy Mafter that in developer mode 》 scroll down and see the USB settings 》 tap on it 》 set it to default USB to transfer the data
if this is not working
then
try changing the cable
even if that does not works last option is the reset the phone
if all the above does not works then it may be the hardware problems
1 cable might be damaged
2 usb port does not responding due to defects
3 laptop/ PC does have the usb port problem
visit service centers after lock down overs both for the laptop/ PC and for your device
