Hi friends I'm having an issue with my M02s..my phone always says USB connector connected and disconnected..so I can't keep my phone screen off because of this notification..I cleaned the charging port with contact cleaner,replaced the charging port,replaced the whole charging circuit board but the issue is remain same..please guys help me to fix it.....
This is a common issue on M02s Try resetting all settings and then keep the phone off for half and hour and then see the results, 1. Goto settings > scroll down > About Phone 2. Scroll down and search for Factory data reset > and select the 1st option which says Reset all settings do a reset.
3. Goto Google playstore and keep all the apps upto date, and also keep the ANT, ANT+ Service upto date,
4. Goto galaxy app store and keep all the app upto date.
