USB OTG pendrive not getting detected on my M30s

No, may be your pen drive have not been formatted properly, it should be FAT32, use an OTG cable and try. At last use the file commander app.

Yes, NTFS won't be detected.

Hey brother initialy i had also same type of issues but right now i dont have any issue with otg.I think its ur OTG which is causing this issue so one simple solution is go to a near by mobile store and try multiple type c otg and whichever detects by ur device just buy that.
