Hello Pushkar12! If you are experiencing heating issues in your Galaxy M32, and you believe that it is due to the OneUI OS, there are still some several fixes for this problem-
•Always make sure to clean your RAM after every 3h. •Don't download unnecessary apps which you even may not use after a few days. •Delete the possible pre-installed bloated apps on your smartphone. •Perform a reboot for a fresh start.
If the above fixes didn't work for you, then back up all your data to a laptop/PC and perform a factory reset. This will fix the problem. *No need to backup external SD card data as drive will not be formatted during a factory reset.
