UI 7 update issue

I bought a Galaxy M14 phone from an official Samsung store in Bangladesh about 2 months ago. The One UI 7 update hasn’t arrived on my phone yet, but about 15 minutes ago, I received a notification for the update. However, when I clicked on it, it didn’t work anymore. So, I kindly request you to please help me install the urgent One UI 7 update on my phone.
