Why not Samsung provide total dark mode as like iPhone. It will b better for there products. And look more premium. So please give as total dark mode that will save battery and strain eyes less.

Even in notification panel complete darkness not available.

Please bring this change it will save battery and device will look more premium.

Total system wide dark mode is available for all the devices running on android Q...bt it is still in beta 4 and confined to only few devices...still work on progress @android Q

Dark mode in IOS is still in beta or testing, same is with Android, will have to wait few months more for developers to update their apps for dark mode as well as operating systems need to optimized for them to run smoothly.
