Torch not working after updated software on 11 dec 2019

Torch not working in my new m30s after upadating latest virsion on 11 dec 2019... Camera flash light is working but torch is not working. I am sad after spent lots of money for samsung insted of xiomi.

visit sammobile.com
then download latest firmware of m30s
then extract it u have got 5 file
1.ap 2.bp.3.cp 4.cse
then u download samsung driver your PC
then you need to download Odin 3 file...

now run Odin 3
you will see 4 gaps like Ap ,BP,CP,cse
fill this gave by those which you get by extracting the firmware
now you stop ur phone and press volume up and down key same time
then you get a screen press volume up key to go download mood
ok now connect your phone to pc over USB cable now start your Odin mood in PC..

then wait to start opening your phone after flashing

kindly update through a fast stable internet connection.
the reason why your touch ain't working is probably bc some files are missing during the download.

You cant, unless you take it to the service center where they will update your phone to new latest firmware, but this would delete everything probably bc they will do a factory reset of your phone.

the best thing will be to wait for next update, and make sure u download them through a fast and stable internet connection. And don't press any buttons during the update, just keep your phone aside, and let the installation handle itself.

Same here I am also facing the same after software update torch light is not working, When phone is switched off it needs charger to be connected for getting it ON although battery level is 90+ %, While clicking some documents file with flash light ON it gets all white coloured plain image, phone charging slowly in 2 hrs it only charged 30% from 30% to 62% level in full 2 hrs continuous charging.

All the above problems I experienced after getting phone updates.

Worst experience Samsung team.

>Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.

>Check your device performance in Safe mode.
