I have Samsung galaxy m30s and it suddenly stopped working. I tried customer care numbers but all are closed due to COVID-19 Lockdown. All local customer care service centres also closed. Is there any way to get support on this?

just use odin and download new rom and flashed
visit xda site for ur querries.

Try following link. It worked for me.

Just Charge your phone for 30 min (if it is fully discharged).

Download ODIN software.

Install/Run it on your PC.

Download latest firmware.

Unzip the file. No need to put in specific folder.

Connect Phone via USB/Type-C cable to PC.

Follow instruction mentioned in 3rd Method.

I used Samsung a30 but the phone not charge fast charging and very slow I selected the option fast charging but not fast charging lockdown mai kya kare hum mere phone ka to 1 mahine baad 1year pura ho jayega tab kya hoga mughe pay karna hoga mager iska to yai 2  3 baar problem ho chuka starting se very bad service from Samsung
