Sweet non removable Batteries!

I got to know that Its better to keep battery % between 15%and 90% .

Which also means plugin around 15 and plug off nearly at 90.

Anybody admit with what i said cause I'm pretty sure though I dought It a little?

There's no any technical background for this theory for current battery models as these are lithium batteries.
