Probably all the m30s users are facing this issue...if u call the customer service first they will provide you some troubleshoot which won't help you.Second they will ask you to reset you settings and factory reset but believe me that will also not help you it will just increase your headache and work.Third they will ask your log files which you could provide but at last that won't even help you,so after all this they will tell you to visit the nearest Samsung service centre or ask you to wait for the next update to come.Trust me there is nothing you could do except for waiting...so yeah i am sorry to say but that's all you need is just to wait!!!
