Strange material between sensor and casing

Hello everyone,  i have been using my M21 from thr past 8 months and now i am noticing some strange white material between sensor and the back panel. It surely doesn't seem like its only dust. Can anyone tell me what is it? It is bugging me a lot to see such unclean phone.

doesn't seeem so because on wiping with a moist cloth it goes away but on drying out its again the same

I don't think it's any strange white material. Maybe the colour is wearing off. The same happened to my old phone. I don't think you need to worry about it.

When i wipe it with a moist cloth it temporarily looks correct but once it dries out its all the same again
