This is very normal because this app was made for Turkey in our own country or in the Samsung Members app of another country this could be another language.
Hmm, unfortunately you can't change any other language that seems to be this. But if you want, you can make translations so you can use it or you can translate it yourself with Google and use these forums...
I didn't buy it from Turkey, the phone came from UAE because I currently in Kuwait, it does mean if I bought this device from a country, it set the settings to that country.
