Storage booster app, zipped apps aren't working

Storage booster app, zipped apps aren't working on Samsung Galaxy m20 device . What can be done plz suggest...

The apps suddenly stopping after opening...

Possible solution: Just go to>Device Care>Storage>Storage Booster>Zip Rarely Use Apps>
Now Zipp Folder will appear on App Screen.

Have you cleaned up Cache in 'Memory' & 'Storage'? If not, then do it. Sometimes apps stop suddenly functioning after opening them if cache isn't cleared. Try it out to see if it can help open apps smoothly.

Then, you have to search & try other methods. Keep on trying.

Possible solution: Tap on 'My Files' app -> Compressed -> tap on the Zip file you want to unzip -> tap on 'Extract' -> tap on 'Extract' -> tap on any app beneath "Open With" (for example, tap on 'Office' app & ' Just once') -> file is extracted in word

Some of zipped files may need you to search for apps to unzip them, in Samsung Galaxy store.
