Speaker problem

My father using samsung galaxy m11 for 6 months. Today some time ago the speaker volume suddenly decrised and couldn't fix via restarting phone. so i need some help for that.

1 Mobile was up to date.

2 All apps are up to date.

3 No 3rd party app install.

4 no water damage. 

5 never fell phone from the hand.

Please help me.

Go to service center as the device is still in warranty maybe you can get free repairing

Try cleaning the speakers with brush smoothly. It worked to a extent for me

Try clearing the phone's cache or reset it the problem maybe a bug or damaged system file.If found helpful pls accept as solution
