Speaker Issue in Galaxy M31

I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy M31.

Today i identity the problem in Galaxy M31.

Sometimes voice is not coming of videos and songs.

I checked voice control option all option is active and voice level is highest but voice is not coming of video which I am play.

I restart my mobile after restarting the voice is coming.

It happens with me approx 3 to 4 times.

To resolve the speaker issue kindly follow below given steps:-

1. Disconnect all accessories plugged into the headphone jack like, selfie stick, headphone, Bluetooth, etc..
Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device. (If any)

2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings > General Management > Reset.
