Some Apps not running by MOBILE DATA

When I am using mobile data, some apps like Facebook, Netflix,  Instagram are not working. But they are working via Wifi. I am using Galaxy M31 8 GB 128 GB.

This is a serious issue which needs to be solved asap. Kindly help.

Turn off data saver mode

Check they are not blocked by any data saver third party app

There is an option can work on mobile data switch on for apps you want.

I did the factory reset which didn’t solve the issue. However, later I found the reason: M31 doesn’t support 4G (A 2020 phone for millennials has LTE instead!!!), when I changed the network settings to 3G, everything worked.
How funny!!!!

Hi.. I'm facing similar problem on this phone (m31). But when I'm changing to 3G my sim does not support and it is only 4G sim(JIO).

Please suggest me what to do here or share your no. 

This is very irritating as I get stuck at many places
