Solution for the problem I faced

Now I figured out why my phone lagged ,actually it seems that in developer settings by mistake I had turned on an toggle called "Destroy activities as soon as the user leaves it " .NEVER TURN IT ON IN YOUR PHONE . All my meetings crashed when I leaved app because of that and probably my one ui home also was not allowed to run in background which made it crash so yeah😬

Just for experiment I turn on this setting and my phone is lagging too much

Too much tampering and this is the result 🤣🤣🤣

Keep your data back up in samsung cloud or some where else and do factory reset.Then i think settings will be reset.
