• Hi, I dont even have a icon that shows I can press on for software updates in my settings.I have a samsung galaxy M30s version 9.Now most apps in the Google play store wont load because its saying I need to update my software.But like I said there's no update software in settings to click on.So like to know how to get around this issue.

Visit a service center, they will update the software for you.
