Yes, Samsung shared it in the notice section of Samsung Members app. I just shared it late.

Is samsung planning to roll out this update for M51 as well?

I don't think Samsung will provide OneUI 7 to Galaxy M51 as it a quiet older model, Even Galaxy M52 will not get it.

Also one fine day the black color of my M51 got faded. I'm not sure how to fix it. It's been more than 8 months. Any help/suggestion would be highly appreciated.

There's no way to get the faded color back but you can replace the back panel if you can.

I was hoping to see improvement after the update but now its confirmed that M51 will never get it. Time to switch to another company I guess.
