After encryption of my sd card, the files which I move, are moving in the speed of snail ! Why??

Before encryption the speed was very fast.

This is a classic issue. Every reboot SDXC card speed becomes normal. But why? Each and everyday I have to reboot the device. Other device retain same speed without being rebooted for days.
