Slow charging root cause

I am M30s user, i noticed really fast charging even 

while screen is on.

The main culprit for slow charging is the high battery temperature. When temp is above 32°C battery will charge at rate of 1000mA while screen on and while screen off at 2200mA.

So keep device cool during charging by removing case, placing near fan, charging at evening or morning, close all running apps and turn of wireless.

I hope thia solution works.

Yeh, heat and a defective cable are main cause of slow charging.

this phone is designed to draw 1.67 ampere at 9v in the fast charging mode and 2 ampere at 5 v in normal charging mode.. this app is showing wrong information.. this phone can not pull 2229 mili ampere at any condition. and this phone can charge 41% per hour at maximum speed which will take minimum 2 hours and 28 minutes even if the phone is switched off it will not charge more than that

that doubt i also have, but unfortunately I didn't find any app that it gives 9 voltage as a reading. according to this app 5V ×2.2A = 11 Watts which is vague.

Does factory reset work, Samsung executive advised me that

Fast charging I. E 9v @ 1.67A works only when screen is Off. Otherwise you get 5V @ 2.0A

yes true even i observed the positive improvements.

bro after android 10 update device started heating a lot than before when charging so charging speed is slow. so i placed my mobile on my laptop cooling pad and temp is between 28-30 and with accu battery i got almost 2071mah avg rating. i attached the screnshot with cooling pad(took 2hrs+) and without pad (took 3hrs+)

without AC phone heats like a hell upon normal youtube Instagram only. This is very disappointing 😞 .
