Slow charging issue

After the update of m31s April 2021 ui 3.1 march security patch. Android 11 i am facing an issue of slow charging issue on fast charging mode and drop issue also... please tell if anyone facing same.

Once Factory Reset Your Device

Charge your phone when the phone has 10-40% charge and always charge with original Samsung charger to avoid battery damage.

Try these

1. Always charge your device in cold temperatures hot temperatures are not good for charging.
2. Restart your device daily once.
3.Put apps to sleep which you dont use too often.
4.If the above steps dont work once factory reset the device.

If any of the above steps don't work then visit service center.
