Try resetting your phone

before resetting try 3 things...
1) try opening the camera from whatsapp or some other app
if it opens then follow the below else move to step 2.
Force stop the camera app and try again. You can also clear data for camera app.

2) Open samsung members > click on get help(2nd option down below) > interactive checks and check camera. if this doesn't work.

3) Open phone app > dial *#0*# > click mega cam and front cam and test.

if the above option doesn't work then you can go for resetting.
