Showing Sim Emergency Call Only..

I am using Samsung M53 5G one slim slot using JIO &other slot using BSNL bt the problem is in BSNL sim slot showing display emergency call only. Bt our area BSNL network full coverage.what is the issue any software or hardware issue or Network issue??

What if you insert your bsnl in slot 1

I think your sim is damaged or corrupted then you can change your sim.
