Choose stock Android with no bloatware and custom OS. Motorola, Nokia or Google Pixel is an ideal choice. They are expensive but they give what you pay for. Wi dowsphpnes were way better in performance. I have never seen a Windowsphone hanging like Android. Google disn't develop for Windowsphone.
