Secure folder not found

Hi iam recently updated my Samsung galaxy m51 to ou core version 3.1 and till I didn't found SecureFolder what should I do for to get secure folder in my divice

you have to turn on the secure folder in notification panel

Did purchase through EMI or purchased from outside india.
