Sd card error!

I've installed 32GB memory card in my samsung galaxy M20. It it working good at the begining, it have been few months that it shows 'cant write to SD card'. Anyone who knows please help!
   PS, I've tried to take out and put back it again but it works fine for somedays/weeks and after that it again shows that error!!

Backup SD card data to a PC or Internal Storage of phone and Do a Format of SD card.And then check issue.

I've tried it! As i mentioned above it works fine for some days and after then it again shows me the error!

Then try to diable the write protection from command prompt from a PC.

And try to check the error in other phone and PC.Sometime it's due to an old,damaged and corrupted card which can't be fixed.So only way is to change the card.
