Screen Rotate icon is not visible in m31s

Sometimes when device is in Potrait  mode Screen rotate icon is not visible when screen is rotated.

Yes, icon is not visible because as soon as you rotate the device an icon rotating small icon gets visible in the corner for smooth transition.

That small icon is not visible when autorotate is off
