Screen Flickering issue in galaxy m31s

When I saw any hd video 4k in YouTube then in the full screen mode the video plays but the screen light flickers.what is the reason of this?And how to fix it?Please suggest me any suggestions...

This problem can be solved by Samsung through software update. My device m11 has also this issue only in the dark mode. Don't understand anything

* Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon. To exit safe mode: Restart your device.
