Saying goodbye to Samsung products

My M30s is so much problematic that I made up my mind to not purchase any  Samsung product in future.  I lost my faith on Samsung.

i am also facing the same problem. I have a solution if people facing the problem go to service center and register a complaint than samsung india will definitely do something. I had already done this. When more people complian the same problem samsung india definitely solve the problem.

Yes you leave samsung but please send feedback to samsung why you are leaving.

They are not concerned about the quality of products anymore.
I have a Grand Duos and it works till today despite heavy use in the 1st 5 years! Battery is also the original that came with. Because of Grand Duos's smooth performance I was in love with Samsung smartphones . But , M30s changed my view.
