No, Reinstall Software means installing the same version again.
While Update Software means installing new and updated version than before.

Reinstall software means you will flashing your current software, Updating your exciting software to new once known as update software.

bro actually I'm using M30s mobil e the problem is slow charging I check another Samsung adapter and data cable original but problem is same so today I went Samsung service center then again I update software but still problem is continue these problem came from after July month security update and these problem facing number of users not only me. it's not a problem on charging port or more because number of people facing this issue. I think major bug in July security patch update

I'll suggest to update your device using Smart Switch.
I myself do it with Smart Switch and hardly face any problems.

bro that's why I update Samsung service center but problem is same actually I'm Saying 100% it's software bug. so Im waiting August month update with Samsung smart switch and you have any solution about this problem?

For me the charging time varies between 90 minutes to 120 minutes.
I'm using 15W charger.
If the case is same then try and wait for August.

Other than that try to reach out Customer Care here in Members App to give Feedback, that'll escalate the problem in quick and better manner.
