Samsung phones have negligible resale value

Why is it that a Realme or Redmi phone has a far better resale value than a Samsung mobile. Right now on flipkart or Amazon a Realme Narzo 20 has a resale value of 8000 rupees compared to Samsung M21 having a resale value of a mere 2500 rupees when both were priced nearly same 14000 rupees??

May be cheap build quality of Samsung phones. (my M31 resale price 1390-3100)
