Hello my samsung M 31 device continuously switching off after updated also.its HDR 10 mode not working when HDR10 mode on brightness is going to be very Low at that time.Battery Draining Very Fast.Network issues also very much.
Please resolve my problem. Disappointed by samsung product.
Please don't share your mobile number. It looks like many people are experiencing same issue so maybe it's latest software issue. So report it to Samsung Customer Support and wait for new update for any kind of solution or you can reset your device and check whether you face same problem again.
