First of all, Samsung Pay does NOT simply use "NFC" technology, it uses a special technology called "MST".. but to answer your question, according to SamMobile.com, it does not have Samsung Pay support. Considering the Galaxy A series is a mid-range phone, it's likely that it will have Samsung Pay… only their budget phones like M-series don't have it.

but dear m51 is also midrange one and an experienced phone, so i think samsung pay can be added in future updates surely
new samsung pay work on nfc and no need mst
