Samsung max appearing on lock screen while charging

Whenever i put my device samsung m51 on charging, and when i unlock the device, it is showing Samsung max on my lock screen with some ads below. Can someone help me, how to disable it, it is quite annoying. Please check screenshot image for reference.

Move back to basic plan or turn off vpn
