Purchased samsung m52 5g phone yesterday. Unable to send or receive media files on its WhatsApp dual messenger.  Is anybody else facing the same issue? Also, what is the solution to get rid of this issue?

I am facing the same issue. The regular Whatsapp works just fine. However, on the dual whatsapp, unable to send or receive any files. Tried a third party cloning app like MultiSpace as a work around, but it worked fine only for a week and is now not working
